If any unfair clauses are found in the platform agreement, immediately suspend signing and retain relevant evidence. According to the E-Commerce Law, platforms must formulate service agreements fairly. In cases of forced transactions or unreasonable deposits, you have the right to request a revision of the terms or file a complaint with regulatory authorities.
Agreement Terms
 
1.Deposit Ratio: The platform cannot require merchants to deposit an amount exceeding 10 times the normal deposit as a security deposit.
 
 
2.Exit Clause: If there are no operational violations before exiting, no undelivered orders, and complaints are resolved, all store balances must be withdrawn before exiting. The deposit shall be returned within 7 days. However, according to Article 16, the platform must announce the exit rules 30 days in advance and must not arbitrarily impose obstacles.
 
 
3.Data Rights Dispute: Between merchants, and between merchants and customers, merchants are not allowed to proactively contact customers. Customers have the right to contact any merchant for consultation and purchases. Privacy and confidentiality must be respected.
 
 
4.Store: A startup fund must be deposited within 48 hours after the store opens.
 
 
5.Store Opening Notice: Currently, most users are members. An invitation code must be presented during registration; otherwise, the application will not be approved.

○ Dispute Resolution Process (whether merchants are forced to accept platform arbitration)
○ Account Suspension Conditions (whether there are clear and specific violation standards)
In case of disputes: (whether merchants need to bear payments themselves if the order payment is not settled)
 
1.Immediately Backup Data: Export transaction records from the past 6 months, customer service chat logs, and deposit payment receipts.
 
 
2.Three-Step Rights Protection Process:
○ First, submit a written objection through the platform's built-in complaint channel (retain screenshots of successful submissions)
○ If unresolved within 7 working days, submit an E-commerce Business Violation Report to the Market Supervision Bureau at the platform's location
○ If the disputed amount is significant, you may directly file a lawsuit. Referencing precedent, the Hangzhou Internet Court has established the legal principle that "the platform must prove the reasonableness of its terms."
